  1. Product Availability
  • All wines are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure accurate stock levels, we reserve the right to refund in full orders if the requested product is no longer available.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on the website.
  1. Order Processing
  • Orders will be processed within 0 to 2 business days. Once processed, the customer will receive a reconfirmation email with the order details.
  1. Delivery
  • We offer delivery services within South Africa, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Free or R99 shipping may apply as specified.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We prefer for long distance order to depart on Monday.
  1. Responsibility
  • Purchased wines may be collected personally, or by your assigned courier, in Diep River, Cape Townfrom the Cellaring warehouse.
  • co.za(PWC)is solely responsible for packaging your purchased wines, which have been perfectly cellared and are in pristine condition, securely for collection by you, your courier, or PWC’s selected courier.
  • Please note that a perfectly-cellared wine does not guarantee the wine will suit your palate.
  • If PWC’s courier choice is selected based on the purchaser’s indication on the Order Form, the limitation of PWC’s liability is as follows:
    • Included in the free or R99 courier service arranged by PWC is only R1,000 insurance coverfor each waybill delivery.
    • If you want full insurance from the Courier’s Insurer, there will be an additional 4% fee of the full amount of your purchase.
    • You may also use your own chosen courier or arrange your own insurance in case of loss or breakage.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policyfor more details.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • co.zawill not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays, incorrect deliveries, or issues with third-party couriers, except as expressly covered under the stated insurance limits.

Refund Policy for FineAndRareWinesOnline.co.za AFineAndRareWinesOnline.co.za, we are committed to providing high-quality wines and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of fine wine, our refund policy is specific. Please read the terms below:

  1. Return Eligibility
  • All wines sold are rare and may have aged or unique qualities that are not considered defects. We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
    • If the wine delivered is incorrect or damaged.
    • DELETE THIS LINE-If the wine has a significant flaw not disclosed in the product description.
  1. Conditions for Returns
  • To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    • The wine must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when received.
    • You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item, including proof of purchase and details of the issue.
    • If the wine is found to be faulty or damaged upon return inspection, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
    • DELETE THIS LINE-Wines purchased during sales or special promotions.
    • Any wine that has been opened, partially consumed, or stored improperly by the buyer.
    • Wines that do not meet personal taste preferences.
  1. Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged products.
  1. Shipping of Returns
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged items).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
